Effective June 18, 2026. These terms apply to Return Data, Inc., returndata.dev, and Return Data API products made available through RapidAPI.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to returndata.dev, related content, and API products made available by Return Data, Inc. through RapidAPI. By accessing the website or using an API, you agree to these terms.
If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. API access and RapidAPI
Return Data API products are offered through RapidAPI. Subscription management, account access, testing, billing, usage limits, and support workflows may be handled through RapidAPI and may also be governed by RapidAPI terms and policies.
You are responsible for maintaining your RapidAPI account, API keys, authentication credentials, and any activity that occurs through your account or credentials.
3. Permitted use
You may use Return Data APIs to retrieve data for lawful business, product, research, analytics, and application development purposes, subject to the plan limits and restrictions that apply to your subscription.
You may not misuse the services, attempt to interfere with service operation, bypass rate limits, resell access as a standalone competing service, or use the services in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Data limitations
Return Data provides informational data products. Data may be derived from public, licensed, aggregated, modeled, or third-party sources and may contain delays, omissions, inaccuracies, or estimation error.
The services are not financial, legal, tax, investment, lending, insurance, real estate, or professional advice. You are responsible for validating whether the data is appropriate for your use case.
5. Billing and support
Pricing, plan availability, trials, invoices, refunds, and billing support may be handled through RapidAPI. Please use the applicable RapidAPI product page or support flow to manage subscription questions.
Return Data may change, suspend, or discontinue a service or feature at any time, including to maintain security, improve data quality, comply with law, or manage operational constraints.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Return Data, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the services.
7. Changes to these terms
Return Data may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
